- What kind of decor will you have? a) Wall color b) Pictures (landscapes, seascapes, calligraphy, murals, still-life, portraits)c) Lighting (wall, table, overhead, natural) d) Seating (floor, table and chair, private rooms, outdoor, banquet room)
- What kind of music will you provide?
- How many meals will you have per day?
- When do you open and close?
- Will you provide a delivery service? If so, what hours?
